Because every item in our store is custom-printed on demand specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, selecting the wrong color, or simply changing your mind. Please review our size charts carefully before ordering.
What we do cover
We stand fully behind our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item entirely, we will make it right at no cost to you.
Eligible issues include:
- Item arrived visibly damaged or broken
- Printing defect (fading, misalignment, ink issues)
- Wrong item or wrong design received
- Item lost in transit (tracking shows no delivery)
You do not need to return the item. We will issue a free reprint or a full refund — your choice.
How to submit a claim
Email us at support@bitcoinersgiftshop.com within 30 days of the delivery date with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo showing the issue
- Whether you prefer a reprint or a refund
Claims submitted after 30 days of delivery cannot be accepted.
Sizing and color
We are not able to offer refunds or replacements for incorrect size or color selections. Each product page includes a size guide — please check it before placing your order. Colors may vary slightly between screen and print.
Order cancellations
Orders enter production quickly. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at support@bitcoinersgiftshop.com. Cancellations are only possible before production has begun. Once an order is in production it cannot be cancelled.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
