How long does shipping take?
All products are printed on demand and typically ship within 2–5 business days of your order. US delivery: 3–7 business days. International: 10–20 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for $4.99 within the US and $12.99 internationally. Most hoodies qualify for free shipping automatically.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. International orders over $50 ship free. Delivery takes 10–20 business days. Customs duties may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves the print facility. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after the email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders go to production quickly. Email bitcoinersgiftshop@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once production has started but will do our best.
Products & Sizing
What are your products made from?
Our apparel is printed on demand on premium blanks — 100% ring-spun cotton tees and heavyweight cotton-blend hoodies. Each product page lists exact materials and garment specs.
How do I find the right size?
Each product page includes a size chart specific to that garment. Our tees run true to size; hoodies are slightly relaxed. When in doubt, size up.
Will the print fade or crack?
Wash inside out in cold water, tumble dry on low, and avoid ironing directly on the print. The print should hold through hundreds of washes.
Are products in stock?
Everything is printed on demand — there is no inventory to run out of. As long as a product is listed, it is available to order.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Because every item is printed to order we do not accept returns for wrong size or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed we will replace it or refund you in full. See our full Refund and Returns Policy.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
Email bitcoinersgiftshop@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund promptly.
Can I exchange for a different size?
We are unable to offer size exchanges on print-on-demand items. Please refer to the size chart on each product page before ordering.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Klarna, and Afterpay. Bitcoin and Lightning Network payments coming soon.
Do you accept Bitcoin?
Bitcoin payments via Lightning Network are coming soon. We are setting up a sovereign, self-custodial payment processor — because if you are buying Bitcoin culture merchandise, you should be able to pay with Bitcoin.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed over HTTPS with SSL encryption. We do not store card details — payments are handled by PCI-compliant processors.
