All products in our store are made to order. Nothing sits on a shelf. Each item is printed fresh when you place your order.
Production time
Orders typically enter production within 24 hours. Production takes 2–7 business days depending on the product and our print partner availability. This is in addition to shipping time.

Total delivery time = production time + shipping time. Most US orders arrive within 7–14 days of purchase.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Use it to monitor your package directly with the carrier.
International orders and customs
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. We have no control over customs delays.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us at support@bitcoinersgiftshop.com before production begins.
Lost or delayed packages
If tracking shows your package has not moved in more than 10 business days (US) or 20 business days (international), contact us and we will open an inquiry with the carrier on your behalf.
